These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website autodetailproup.com (“Website”) and any detailing services you book through us (collectively, “Services”). By accessing the Website or booking Services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
We offer professional car detailing packages:
To book, you must provide accurate contact and vehicle information. We will confirm availability and pricing via email or phone.
Prices are quoted in CAD and are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and add-ons. Payment is due in full upon completion of Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% service fee; no-shows incur a 100% fee.
We use industry-standard products and methods. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear. Any issues with workmanship must be reported within 48 hours for correction at no extra charge. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
You must remove all personal items and valuables from the vehicle before service. We are not liable for loss or damage to items left in the car.
All content on the Website—text, images, graphics—is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute without our prior written consent.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute will first be referred to mediation in Calgary; if unresolved, the courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these T&Cs at any time. We will post changes on the Website 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
